Fees

Full 60 Minutes – $150.00 including GST
Full 90 Minutes – $225.00 including GST

These fees are reflective of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors fee schedule and are respectfully requested by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

These fees apply to individuals, couples, and family counselling.

Extended Healthcare Benefits

We are Registered Clinical Counsellors and our services may or may not be covered by your individual healthcare plan. We will provide you with a receipt at the end of each session which you can submit to your healthcare provider for possible compensation or use as a possible tax deduction for medical expenses.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise the full session fee will be charged. We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise that will make this impossible. Under these circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and arrangements will be made to reschedule.

Our Promise to You

We recognize that just making that call can be difficult. If we aren’t available to take the call or answer the email right away be assured we will get back to you as fast as possible, usually within a couple of hours. During our first phone conversation we will briefly talk about your presenting concerns and then you can decide if you want to go ahead and book a session or if you would prefer to come in for a free 30-minute consultation. If you choose to book a session we will find a time that works as quickly as possible. We offer the free consultation because we recognize that the client/therapist relationship has to feel like a good fit for the client and we want to provide the opportunity to the client to gauge that fit before spending a dime. This would in no way be a counselling session but rather an opportunity for you to meet Dianne, ask her any questions you may have and get a feel for her and her approach. There is no pressure to book a subsequent session. Should you choose to do so, simply contact us when you feel ready, or not; it’s that simple.

We strongly recommend a 90 minute session for couples, particularly for the first couple of sessions as it has been our experience that 60 minutes just isn’t enough time. This is of course the option of the clients however
