The client / therapist relationship HAS to feel like a good fit for the client.  We encourage and welcome your input around your experience of this relationship on a regular basis.  We honour your feedback and will gladly provide you with a referral to another therapist should you see that as being beneficial to you.

Your Initial Call

If  we are unable to take your call immediately, your message will be returned within a couple of hours or at a more convenient time as specified by you.  At this time we will discuss how our services may be helpful to you.  This will involve a conversation around the nature of your presenting concerns, your appointment time preferences and any other questions you may have.   We recognize that just making that first call can be tough and should you choose to do so, we will do our best to book an appointment as quickly as possible, usually within a few days.

Hours of Operation

Daytime appointments are available Monday through Friday.  Evening appointments are available Monday through Thursday.

Fees

60 Minutes - $112.15 (plus GST)
90 Minutes - $149.54 (plus GST)

These rates apply to individual, couples and/or family counselling sessions and are payable by cash or cheque. 

Benefits Coverage

We are Registered Clinical Counsellors and our services may or may not be covered by your individual healthcare plan.  We will provide you with a receipt at the end of each session which you can submit to your healthcare provider for possible compensation or use as a possible tax deduction for medical expenses. 

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request a 24 hour notice of cancellation otherwise the full session fee will be charged.  We recognize that extenuating circumstances may arise that will make this impossible.  Under these circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and arrangements can be made for rescheduling.
