Your Initial Call

If we are unable to take your call immediately your message will be returned within a couple of hours or at a more convenient time as specified by you.  At this time we will discuss how our services may be helpful to you.  This will involve a conversation around the nature of your presenting concerns, your appointment time preferences and any other questions you may have.  We recognize that just making that first call can be tough and should you choose to book an appointment we will do so as quickly as possible, usually within a few days.

Hours of Operation

Daytime sessions are available Monday through Friday.  We see clients on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Fees

60 Minutes - $120.00 + GST
90 Minutes - $180.00 + GST

These fees are reflective of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors fee schedule and are respectfully requested by cash or cheque only.

Benefits Coverage

We are Registered Clinical Counsellors and our services may or may not be covered by your individual healthcare plan. We will provide you with a receipt at the end of each session which you can submit to your healthcare provider for possible compensation or use as a possible tax deduction for medical expenses.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise the full session fee will be charged.  We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise that will make this impossible.  Under these circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and arrangements will be made to reschedule.
